I think, you need to find intersection of 3 lines and you will have only 1 point (if there are any solution). Than it's easy to find min of function f.
you can start from cy+bz=a az+cx=b bx+ay=c z=1/b(a-cy) a/b(a-cy)+cx=b bx+ay=c x=1/b(c-ay) a^2/b-(ac/b)y+c^2/b-(ac/b)y=c -2(ac/b)y=c-(a^2+c^2)/b y=2*(a^2-bc+c^2)/ac and now it's easy to find x and z.
