    Quadratic Function

Graph the quadratic function by determining whether its graph opens up or down and by finding its vertex, axis of symmetry, y-intercept and x-intercept, IF ANY.

    f(x) = -3x^2 + 3x - 2

By simply graphing it, you should be able to answer these questions.

And by the -3, we can tell write away that it will open downwards (and the second derivative will be negative).

There are no x-intercepts, which is easy to see by just looking at the discriminant since its negative, and you should be able to find the y-intersept very easily by graphing it.

    ok

I guess my next question is:

How do I find the vertex, axis of symmetry, x and y-intercepts of the given function?
