    Domain and range restrictions.

    Help please.

Why is the right hand side of this graph f(x) = 1 + 3(7-x)^(1/3)considered to be more restrictive (As x approaches 6)?

Why is the left hand side of this graph f(x) = 1 + 2^(4-x) considered to be more restrictive (As x approaches 4)?

    Thanks,
    Pantera
