    Exclamation help distance between two points

    can someone help (Using the Pythagorean Theorem, find the distance between this pair of points: A(1, 1) and B(3, 4)).

    Look at the picture.
    We have a right triangle with sides
    2 and 3.
    Thus the length (hypotenuse) is,
    \sqrt{2^2+3^2}
