    factoring polynomials

    I need to factor (x^2-7x)^2 +16(x^2-7x)+60

    I attempted to write u^2+16u+60 since I recognized the polynomial was quadratic. However, this doesn't seem like it can factored this way. I'm not sure how to get started now.

    If you complete the square you will quickly see how to factorise it.
