Just substitute each element of the domain into the equation and that gives you the range.

The first:

$\displaystyle y = -4x + 10$

So inputting the domain we get a range of: (18, 14, 10, 2, -6)

Thus the solution set is {(-2, 18), (-1, 14), (0, 10), (2, 2), (4, -6)}.

The other two are done the same way.
