    Dirichlet Divisor problem

    Hi everybody !

I'm actually working on Divisor Problem. I'm trying some article about this. I would some information on the proof that the remainder is not a o(1/4).
I have watched in Titchmarsh but I'm not convinced !
If someone a proof, it's good for me

    Thanks for all your informations

sorry, I don't speak english fluently. I'm searching a proof that

    sum(d(n),n<x)-x(log(x)+ 2gamma-1) is not a o(x^1/4)

where d(n) is the number of divisor of n

    gamma is Euler constant

    x is a real
