    inverse matrices

    how do you find the inverse of an inconsistent 3x3 matrix??

    You don't. If a matrix is inconsistent (the equation Ax= b has no solution) then it has no inverse. If A has an inverse,then A^{-1}Ax= x= A^{-1}b contradicting the definition of "inconsistent".
