    Primitive Root problem

    The problem is,

    Suppose that p is an odd prime. Let n=p^82. Let b be a primitive root mod p. suppose that b^(p-1)=1+573p^3. find a primitive root c mod n.

    I'm not quite sure where to start with this problem. Am I supposed to figure out p first, and if so how would i start to do that?
