One kilogram is 1000 grams so 100 g is 0.1= 1/10 of a kilogram. 0.010= 1/100 kg is 10 grams so 1/10 of 100g. If 100g costs £1.22, then 0.10 kg cost £0.12 (or £0.13 if you round up).
I have a wee question.
please can you help me with working converting and working out some prices of some goods?
So, if an items (paprika spice) is costed at £1.22 per 100g and the weighing scales are measuring in kg. The weight is 0.010kg. I have lots of these the work out. How can I cost the paprika? And I have many others too. Is there a quick formula I can use?
