1.In a race in which 11 automobiles are entered and there are no ties, how many ways can the first 3 finishers come in?


2. 6 stand up comics are performing Comics: A,B,C,D,E,F each will perform at random

-Find the probability that
-F will perform fifth
-E will perform fifth and A will perform third
-The comedians will perform in this order F,E,A,C,B,D
-Comic B or D will perform first

License Plates in a state have 4 random letters and 2 random numbers. What is the total number of combination.
