triangulation method

Hii..... (Hi) I'm stuck up with a triangulation method. I have to find the location coordinates of an acoustic source with the help of three sensors separated by 2 metres (between 1st - 2nd and 1st - 3rd) configured in L shape. I have the time delay estimates of the signals received at the three sensors and i took speed as 1500m/s.
If the source is some 100m away the time of arrival difference between the sensors will be of the order of ms. With these assumptions, i'm not getting the correct coordinates of the source. could anyone please help me out in solving it. (Crying) its a bit urgent,since i'm in the middle of my project.

are the sensors under water? because the speed of sound in air is about 340 m/s.

hiiii..
The sensors are underwater.... i tried to solve it.. but the solution is giving only correct bearing in one quadrant and also im not getting the distance towards the source correctly.. :(
