    Laboratory Apparatus Optimization Problem

    Type of Apparatus Centrifuge Spectrometer
    Min Weekly Production 100 units 40 units
    Production Cost of One Apparatus ($) c s
    Selling Price of One Apparatus ($) 4 000 5 250
    Max Weekly Production (both apparatus) 180

    Considering
    that the selling price of each apparatus is greater than its production cost, show that the solution that generates the maximum revenue also generates the maximum profit only if c > s - 1250.

    PLEASEEE i dont get it at all

    The unit that is manufactured in greater numbers creates more profits if its (selling price - costs) > other unit, i.e.,

    5250 -s > 4000 - c
