rejection region for sampling distribution for z

Hi,

I'm having problem solving this equation. What I need to do is for each of the following rejections regions, sketch the sampling distribution for z;

a) z< -2.33 or z> 2.33 (b) z >1.96 (c) z< -2.575 (d) z< -1.28

I'm not sure I know where to begin to even start my calculations, I need the steps to how to come to the answers! Thanks (Doh)
