Vector Problem - Need Help
Hi I'm new here :) I'm engineering student from NY.

Question: Consider the planes vector u · r = d1 and vector V · r = d2, if vector u x v not equal to zero, give a vector which is tangent to the intersection of the planes

I do not understand the wording used in this question.
These two planes are not parallel so their intersection is a line.
So it makes no sense to say a vector which is tangent to the intersection.
Do you mean parallel instead of tangent?

Then you need to asked the person who wrote the question what it means.
