Hi I'm a 54 years old "Student", just for fun, for myself and not for .... exam ;-)
Hi,
I´m studying Maths - alone in Mexico where I live now, retired.
I'm just finishing the book "Calculus" from Smith and Minton.
My question: Which book can you recommend me to continue in math. My goal, is to understand the relativity mathematically ... sometime in the futur.
Thank you
Marcel

With the aim to study relativity, I would try to master Linear Algebra.
I like this text..
You might consider Vector Calculus by Thomas H Barr.

Hi,
I also started with Linear Algebra (thank you to confirm that I will need this topic)
Vector Calculus is already present is "Calculus" Smith and Minton, but I will buy your recommendation (Th. Barr).
I love the presentation of my "Calculus" book -
the book of Th. Barr has the same kind of presentation ? (Colors, nice printings etc... )
Thank you very much.
