    Calculus AB/Volume

    The region in the first quadrant enclosed by the coordinates axes, the line x=pi, and the curve y= cos(cosx) is rotated about the x-axis. What is the volume of the solid generated.

    1. Draw the function on the Coordinates plane or Sketch the function from your graphing device.
    2. Rotate the x-axis. And Sketch the function by rotated. Determined if the rotations has any holes or disks.
    3. Find the radius or radii because the Volume formula is the integral is between the [a,b] and V=pi*r^2*h.
    4. Set up the integral.
    5. Integrate.
    6. Pull in the values.
