I need help solving this problem.

Integral (cosx/ (the squareroot of (1+tanx))

Sorry, I am new to this and I don't know how to do symbols.

Does this help

HI, Are you sure this is correct? I can't integrate it (I'm assuming w.r.t. x) and I've put it into a few online integrators and they can't do it either.

You can start using symbols by pressing the sum symbol $\sum$ (second from end right on the bottom row of tool bars (on the ADVANCED editing box) and using latex language to write in between the "[TEX]" symbols that come up. Google latex for a basic intro. It'll make your time on here much more rewarding.

Perhaps $\tan^2x$?
