Thread: I have a problem related to finding inverse functions

Hi to all forum members!

Currently I am an University student in Engineering at the University of Kent in Canterbury UK.

I have signed up to this forum because I have a hard maths problem that I want to solve and I would like a solution for it (if it exists).

I know this subforum is not the right place for posing my question so I will open another thread in the Pre-University Algebra forum (I hope that's the right place, since I saw other questions relating to inverse functions there).

Definitely ask the question then

After a pretty long internal debate with myself, I finally decided to post my question in the University -> Calculus section since my problem may be related to the derivative of the inverse, and I it is an advanced problem, so I seamed more appropriate to post it there.
