I wanted to know if someone knows of any good sites for finding Resources and Information about Math. I know a few ones which are quite interesting.
http://mathworld.wolfram.com/
It's quite famous and most of all very complete. You can find about everything there.
http://library.lanl.gov/
A friend told me abour rhis site and apparently you can find everything you have ever been looking for. It contains not just mathematics but the the whole range of science.
http://www.math.hmc.edu/funfacts/
A very nice Site. Not the usual Mathematical facts but some sort of funny facts (like on which terrain is a bicycle with square wheels rolling best?)
Wikipedia is also a nice place to look for information. However sometimes I find that their articles go to far away from their subject.
I looking especially for good sites that explain the theory behind the fractals and I would be thankful if someone could tell me a few ones.
