What's your Aim in Life? what are you doing and what will you do to reach the destination? whats the way to go and how?

Thanks for posting question. My aim is to become a successful teacher. I want to educate students in a proper manner, so that they can become successful in life. I believe teachers play an important role in every student's life. At present am doing my Phd in Maths from California University. I will be completing my Phd by Next year, and i hope to join the university very soon.
