Linear Relationship mini problem (help needed 3 hour deadline left) PLEASSE

I have absolutely no idea on how to complete this girls and guys and any help whatsoever would be appreciated as I have 3 hours and no understanding of this part of my assignment. I also have no calculator.

Can you not do at leat the first two? Those are pretty close to "trivial" compared to the others. If you really have no understanding of this exercise, the last thing you want to do is fool your teacher into thinking you do.
