since both the angels are vertically opposite they r equal if they are equal then lenght must be equal rite?

I agree with MrF. I looked at the diagram when you first posted it.
It makes no sense unless you explain what you mean by displaced.
Moreover, the measure of vertical angles is always the same. That tells us nothing.
