Were supposed to guess the relationship? Greater Than, Less Than, Equal to, or Cannot Be Determined?

    1)

    1a) Draw a circle.
1b) Place Q at the center.
1c) Place R somewhere on the circle.
1d) Draw a line segment QR and label it 10.
1e) Draw another circle bigger than the first one.
1f) Place P somewhere on the larger circle.
1g) Draw a line segment QP and label it 15.
1h) IN YOUR MIND, move P and R around their respective circles.

Can you find the minimum and maximum distance between P and R?
What if they go opposite directions?
What if they go the same direction?

Note: You can use your fingers to move P & R around, but that takes longer. You're in the GRE! You need speed!
