You mean $\displaystyle 443 \times 10^{-7}$?

First, note that there is a decimal point there, but it's not normally written -- it's right after the 3. If you multiply a number by $\displaystyle 10^{-7}$, just move the decimal point 7 places to the left:

$\displaystyle 443{\color{red}.}\; \times 10^{-7} = 0{\color{red}.}0000443$
