um....electricity? help?

A wire etched onto a computer chip carries a current of 0.000000038 A. In 1.8 milliseconds, how many electrons flow past a point on the wire?

i got 4.275x10^8. its wrong. please help to clearify!

$I=\frac{Q}{t}$
$3.8*10^{-8}=\frac{Q}{1.8*10^{-3}}$
$Q=6.84*10^{-11}$ coulombs

1 coulomb= $6.242*10^{18}$ electrons

$Q=6.84*10^{-11}*6.42*10^{18}$ electrons
$Q=4.27*10^8$ electrons
