    Diatomic Molecule Dilemma

When calculating the atomic mass of a diatomic molecule-assuming that the molecule is by itself- is the atomic mass doubled? Yes or no.

I am Studying some old Chemistry stuff for my final on a homework review-packet our teacher sent my class. It's for a grade, so please help.Thank you!
