Hi, i need help on this as it only gives one variable.

a boy is tobogganing down a smooth slope inclined at 20degrees to the hortizonal. Find his acceleration, assuming resistances can be neglected.

Pick a point to represent the boy. Resolve along the plane measuring the angle from the vertical which is 70 degrees.

Resolving along the plane: mgcos(70) = ma

m will cancel to give a = gcos(70) which should be a number
