5. There are 1680 possible combinations, alot of them don't work out. I don't know the answer just letting you know the probability of solving randomly.

6. (7-5)*9+6=24

7. ## thanks

my teacher gave the answer today
she said:
(7-5)x9+6

8. Well, my answer is correct. By the way, is this high school math? It seems to be too easy. I have been playing this kind of games since primary school. It is a very good practice to calculate fast. If you not get use to it, you can try practice it, enables you to twist your brain faster. Like see the car plat number, then you can start think how to make the number becomes 24. Of course, not every 4 digit number will eventually get you to 24. more numbers will do.

Well, let's test. Try to make 9,6, 8, and 2 becomes 24.

9. wrong.. hit post before checked

10. What do you mean with wrong?

11. $24=(6*2-9)*8$

12. Well, your answer is correct. But there is one more way to make it 24.

He must have posted something wrong, not you it has nothing to do with your post
