    Toppling body please review the diagram (add friction?)

    The body in diagram is about to topple. Should I add friction to the diagram?

    Yes.

    It's important for calculating the net force (for static equilibrium) but irrelevant to the calculation of net torque (if you calculate torque around the tipping point).

    (By the way, you have the horizontal force acting in the wrong direction).

    ...unless the body is about to rotate clockwise about its upper point of contact with the plane - which is suggested by the fact that you have drawn the normal reaction force through this point.
