This is a very simple problem, knowing the value of 14 on the pH scale is the value you need.

$pH + pOH = 14$

$pOH = 14 - pH$

$= 14 - 6.4$

$= 7.6$

$\therefore$The pOH is 7.6

That was extremely simple. I was unsure what value to use, having no content. Thanks.
