I suppose we are to assume that quadrilateral ABCD is a parallelogram, else we couldn't do anything.
Angles B and C are supplementary because they are consecutive interior angles between 2 parallel lines and transversal BC.
$\displaystyle 8x-25+7x+55=180$
$\displaystyle 15x+30=180$
$\displaystyle 15x=150$
$\displaystyle x=10$
$\displaystyle m \angle B=8(10)-25=55$
$\displaystyle m\angle C=180-55=125$
$\displaystyle m\angle A=m\angle C=125$
$\displaystyle m\angle D=m\angle B=55$
