1. ## Solving a Problem

I would not like the answer. I was just hoping if anyone was willing to help me by walking through the process of answering the questions.

Sue needs to get her motorcycle fixed and finds two repair shops that will fix her bike. One shop, Cycle City, charges a $50 estimate fee, plus$50/h, and the other shop, Bikers Plus, charges a rate of $65/h only. b) Identify which situation involves a direct or partial variation. d) Determine, using the graphing calculator technology, under what conditions she should choose each shop if the amount of time to fix the bike is unknown. 2. b) Identify which situation involves a direct or partial variation.
partial variation <=> basic income
direct variation <=> income = hours worked x hourly worked
