I can't understand what you're trying to ask. I'm going to take a guess and say its \frac{3p-2}{p^2+2p-24}-\frac{p-3}{p^2-16}??

From now on, try using the built in feature we have in the forums. Use the \frac{}{} command w/in the math tags. i.e. [tex]\frac{x^2-2x+1}{x^2-4x+4}[/tex] gives us \frac{x^2-2x+1}{x^2-4x+4}. You can learn more about this code in the LaTeX Help Forum.

use latex, or use parentheses ...

    (3p - 2)/(p^2 + 2p - 24) - (p - 3)/(p^2 - 16)
