I don't know how to solve the following series by the mathematics software. so your help, even a little enlightenment is very appreciated.

What sort of sofware where you intending on using? i.e. Maple, Matlab, Mathematica, Excel, or in C,C++,C#,Java,VB, VBA ??

I want to use Mathematic to solve this series, but I don't know how to write the code. right now, I programed a Fortran code to solve this question, and I assumed N = 10, 100,1000, 10000, 10000......... But I found that this series is not convergent, I don't know why, and I am looking forward to your answer. thank you!
