According to drawing, I get something like this:
A. W = 10 +X
B. L = 10+ (X+5) = X +15
C. Area = W * L = ( 10 + X ) * ( X + 15)
D. 300 = X^2+25X+150
X = 5 , X=-30 (NO SENCE)
So, Plug X =5 into A and B find W and L
W=15, L=20
W * L = 15 * 20 = 300.
