It is pointless answering these if you don't provide an explanation.

Also 2 cannot be right.

For 2: given that the electrolyte and materials of the cathode and anode are different between the cells there is no simple answer (in fact we know that car batteries are usually lead acid (HCl) cells, but what kind of dry cell are we talking about?).

Other things being equal larger size = greater energy storgage so with the same load longer discharge time. So that would suggest that (a) is the intended answer to a very badly formulated question.
