ther are two polynomials (polynomials are given but some coefficients are missing.e.b .x3-bx2+3x+5...) sharing one common factor(this common factor may be of any degree), can we get a relationship between the unknown coefficents of the two polynomials.
How can we putt this information in mathematical terms?

Cannot understand you very well. How about posting the two polynomials with all their missing coefficients, etc, and then let us see what we can do about them.
