Need equation that fits data
I'm trying to devise a point system for a project I'm working on and I need to come up with an equation that fits these parameters so that I can fill in the rest of the points. Hopefully someone can help me out. It looks like it should be easy but I can't figure it out. *this is not a school project*

There's your problem, right there. There is WAY too little information to solve this problem in any meaningful way.

One of my favorites:

Really, you just have to decide where the breaks are, or if there are any other values.

You could always use the sign function, but there are not that many points.....

Sign function makes any number equal to its sign.
Eg:

1 = 1
2 = 1
100 = 1
0 = 0
-32 = -1
-2378 = -1

y = sgn(x -8)

When
x = 0
y = -1
When
x = 8
y = 0

*NOTE*

This is a limited function anything above 8 is 1 and anything below it is -1 I agree with TKHunny that there are not enough values
