$0.97392=\frac{97392}{10^6}=\frac{97392}{2 \cdot 5 \cdot 10^5}=\frac{48696}{5 \cdot 10^5}$

But you can carry on :

$\frac{48696}{5 \cdot 10^5}=\frac{48696}{2 \cdot 5 \cdot 5 \cdot 10^5}=\frac{24348}{5^2 \cdot 10^4}=...=\frac{6087}{5^4 \cdot 10^2}$
