
Evaluating an Expression
I apologize for the lack of description in the title. I am not particularly sure how to describe this problem
Evaluate these expression without using a calculator.
A) 125^1/3
B) 81^0.25
C) 27 to the square root of 3
If someone could walk me through how to do these, I would greatly appreciate it.

$\displaystyle a^{\frac{m}{n}} = \sqrt[m]{a^{n}} = \left(\sqrt[m]{a}\right)$
For example, $\displaystyle 125^{\frac{1}{3}} = \sqrt[3]{125^{1}} = 5$, assuming that you know $\displaystyle 5^{3} = 125$
And are you sure you posted the last question correctly. I doubt you're expected to find $\displaystyle 27^{\sqrt{3}}$ without a calculator xD.

No, I did not, I intended the square root symbol to be over the 27, if you understand me. I have not yet figured the math tags out.
