The total surface area would be the area of the Triangular bases plus the area of the sides

The area of a Triangle is $A_t=\frac{1}{2}bh$

The area of the side would be the perimeter $P_t$ of the triangle multiplied by the height $h_p$ of the prism.

So the surface area would be

$S=2A_t+P_t\cdot h_p$
