    Exclamation Quick help needed, simplifying fractions wtih unknowns

    could you please tell me how to simplify

    3x2(squared)+x-2
    ------------------
    9x2(squared)-4


    the x(squared) is x to the power of 2

    \frac{3x^2 + x - 2}{9x^2 - 4} = \frac{(3x - 2)(x+1)}{(3x - 2)(3x+2)} = \frac{x+1}{3x+2}
