I assume by force lines you mean the magnetic field lines?

$q \vec{v} \times \vec{B} = qvB~sin(45)$

so
$qvB~sin(45) = \frac{mv^2}{R}$

$\frac{q}{m} = \frac{v}{RB~sin(45)}$
