Cubic Meter Conversion

I need to find the answer to this conversion sum

5 cubic meters to feet and inches???

(Headbang) i am really struggling with this

There are 16.4 feet in 5 meters. Therefore there 16.4 cube cubic feet in 5 cubic meters. multiply the 16.4 feet by twelve for inches and then cube that value for cubic inches.

The last post may have been correct (I'm not certain), but if it is, it isn't explained that well.
$\frac{5~m^3}{1} \cdot \left ( \frac{3.28~ft}{1~m} \right ) ^3$

$= \frac{5~m^3}{1} \cdot \frac{35.28755~ft^3}{1~m^3} = 176.44~ft^3$

Do the same from ft cubed to inches cubed. The equivalence is 1 ft = 12 in. Then you need to cube that factor to make the units cancel.
