    The area of a circle of radius $\displaystyle r$ is $\displaystyle \pi r^2$ in this
    case we have:

    $\displaystyle
    616=\pi r^2 \ \ \mbox{m^2}
    $,

    so:

    $\displaystyle
    r=\sqrt{616/\pi}\approx 14.00 \ \mbox{m}
    $
