Without knowing what units you need for A. I will convert it to radians per min

$\frac{1700 \mbox{ rotations}}{min} \frac{2\pi \mbox{rad}}{rotation}=\frac{3400 \pi \mbox{rad}}{min}$

for part B. $v=r \omega$

so

$v=(2.7ft)\frac{3400 \pi}{min}=\frac{9180 \pi \mbox{ft}}{min} \approx 28839 \frac{ft}{min}$
