$\displaystyle 0.927295218 = \frac{927295218}{1000000000}$.

By the way, any fraction involving pi (like the ones you quote) never terminate and has no repetitive pattern when expressed in base 10. So you are absoutely no chance to convert 0.927295218 into such a fraction.

I assume 0.927295218 is a decimal approximation .....

Well without more information (like what the Cartesian coordinates were) I'm afraid you're not going to get much more of an answer than I've already given.
