A car is up on a hydraulic lift at a garage. The wheels are free to rotate, and the drivewheels are rotating with a constance angular velocity.
Does a point on the rim of the wheel have:
tangential velocity,
tangential acceleration,
and centripetal acceleration?
need a summary of what is really going on in this situation.
i know the tangential velocity is the measure of the tangetial speed.
also, the centripetal acceleration is when there is a change in direction.
thanks for any further help.
