i found the roots of each absolute value and then divided the number's line to 3 segments
then i got lost LITTLE BIT !!!

Square both sides:
$\\9x^2-24x+16>4x^2+12+9\\5x^2-36x+7>0\\(5x-1)(x-7)>0\\x<\tfrac{1}{5}\text{ or }7
